XBL Update: 21/08/09

Loads of demos have been uploaded this week, with the highlights being Colin McRae: DiRT 2 and Lost Planet 2, in the form of a co-op demo. We also have Shadow Complex released onto the Arcade, and the usual plethora of music game add-ons, with more from the Foo Fighters in Rock Band.
